3 Day Pool School

3 Day Pool School

ONLINE COURSE AVAILABLE, HOWEVER BE AWARE THAT YOU WILL NEED A GOOD CAMERA CAPABLE OF PROVIDING A QUALITY PICTURE.  A tripod is also advisable, however not required if you can provide angles that are sufficient for me to evaluate your mechanics.  As an alternative, if we can find you an instructor in your area that teaches the SPF methodology, this could also be an option for you if we cannot find a time to meet ourselves.

Cost of course:

$350.00 per student for one or two students ($250.00 for students that have taken the mental management course)

$300.00 per student for three to five students

$250.00 per student for classes larger than 5 students

Are you ready to take your game to the next level?  You cannot do that without sound fundamentals.  Your Mechanics are your delivery system, and without a perfect delivery system, all the billiard knowledge in the world will not help you run racks.  Your climb to the top starts here.  The middle of your climb still starts here.  Being the best player in the world, STILL STARTS HERE.  A sound mechanical process is paramount to any improvement in this sport.

The 3 day pool school is a course based off of the Set, Pause, and Finish Mechanics Methodology founded by Master Instructor Randy "Pops" Goettlicher who is my instructor and mentor.  Pops has been around the game for decades, and is responsible for half the rules you play by and was the creator of scotch doubles as well.  He is not only a walking encyclopedia of the sport, he wrote half of it.

The SPF methodology is known as the most sound and efficient way to teach fundamentals in the world.  Taking this course you will learn:

  1. A true pendulum stroke
  2. Proper procedures for perfecting your stroke
  3. The Pre Shot routines, their purpose, and the correct order of operations to perform them for each shot
  4. Proper body alignment
  5. Proper cue ball address
  6. How to find true center cue ball
  7. Proper fundamentals to create the perfect stop shot, draw shot, and follow shot
  8. Proper eye patterns
  9. Proper practice techniques
  10. Proper tournament playing techniques
  11. Mother Drills
  12. The ability to self evaluate your performance after every shot
