I am sure you have heard this saying about billiards and just about every other sport you can think of:  "The game is 90% mental".  This saying is absolutely true, yet you don't hear many people training their mental game as if it were 90% of the game.  Why not?  Your guess is as good as mine, however we aim to change that since every other sport has a jump on billiards by about 30 years using Sports Psychology.  Join us in this revolution of how the game is played.

This course is for the player who wants to take their game to the highest level.  In this course, you will learn proven sports psychology techniques that will help you put yourself in dead stroke more often.  These methods offer you the greatest levels of focus that you are personally capable of.  Mental management has been used in almost every other sport you can think of, so there is no doubt in it's validity.

In this course you will learn:

  1. What things the body does while in dead stroke in order to use them as triggers to get into dead stroke
  2. The tools to learn what proper focus is for performing the precise motions needed to perform the perfect billiard shot
  3. How to allow the subconscious side of your brain to take control of the shot.
  4. How to combat performance anxiety
  5. How to use imagery to lead the body to take the perfect shot
  6. How to overcome self-image issues and fear
  7. How to end negative thinking and self-defeating thoughts
  8. How to begin positive thoughts and self-image building skills
  9. How to use triggers to let your brain know when it is time to focus on the task at hand as well as create images of perfect play
  10. The difference between hard practice and smart practice
  11. The difference between practice play and tournament play
  12. Techniques to get back into dead stroke after being rattled or frustrated.
